Hi! Wow, It’s been quite awhile since we’ve talked. I’ve Missed You!
What has been happening in your life these last few months?
As for me, the month of May was spent working, attending events for my son’s last month of high school, getting together with family, trying to set up a date to visit my daughter and celebrate her 25th birthday and attending my son’s graduation and trying to figure out where the heck this last year went. Do you know? Cause I don’t have a clue!
One minute you wake up and you are a child and the next minute you are married and giving birth to your first child and then the next minute you are celebrating her 25th birthday! And then the next minute you are giving birth to your son and then he is graduating from high school and your babies are all grown up! What?
Honestly, I can remember when I was in high school and truthfully it doesn’t seem like it was that long ago. (Therefore, I must not technically be in my 50’s but a lot younger than that. Right?) 😆
Oh and in the midst of all that going on we also celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday (a little belated), Mother’s Day and then low and behold watch out because then June came rolling in! (June 1st is the beginning of Atlantic Hurricane Season.)
I really can’t even begin to say where the month of June went. Let’s see, there was work, meetings, a trip to see my daughter and son-in-law, time spent with my son and his girlfriend, Father’s Day, time with friends and time with family and then somehow we were whisked into July and now that’s where we are at. Yesterday was July 4th.
I think I have now brought you up to speed on what’s been going on in my crazy life right now. I PROMISE to be more diligent about blogging.
Good News! I have set up a new daily schedule for myself and that includes setting time aside for blogging and some other fun things I am working on and will share with you very soon.
So, I have rambled on enough….. Tell me what you have been doing this summer. Any new projects you are working on or plan to in the near future? Any fun trips planned?
Whatever you are doing I would love to hear all about it. Please share with me in the comments section.
Sending love, hugs and kisses to you all and I look forward to talking with you again very soon.
XOXO Sharon
