I AM NOW WILLING TO SEE THE MAGNIFICENCE OF ME
I now choose to eliminate from my mind and life every negative, destructive, fearful idea and thought that would keep me from being the magnificent woman that I am meant to be. I now stand up on my own two feet, and support myself and think for myself. I give myself what I need. It is safe for me to grow. The more I fulfill myself, the more people love me. I join the ranks of women healing other women. I am a blessing to the planet. My future is bright and beautiful. And so it is!

So, first off I have to say (as many of you know), I am an inspirer, a motivator and a coach. Guilty..I love helping others. I have always felt a sense of happiness and fulfillment when I can help other people. Sometimes it’s a good thing and sometimes it’s not. Lately, I have realized the time I have spent helping certain people in my life (although a lot has been good) a few are not and I am spinning my wheels. I wake up each day frustrated that I am not further along with my goals and I don’t know why.

I Had To Do It
Well, lately I have been working very hard on different areas of my life; my finances (more on that later), my spirituality (and more on that) and on my health. While I feel I have a good handle on the diet that I eat, (the majority of it is healthy), I knew I could do a much better job of exercising my body on a regular basis..
